We have received confirmation that England Athletics registered athletes can now apply for a guaranteed entry into the 2017 Brighton Marathon. Entries are limited per club according to the number of first claim registered members and EMAC can secure up to two places.
Entry into the Brighton Marathon will cost £69.50 per runner and entries must be applied for through your Club Secretary. If you are interested in entering the Brighton Marathon via the England Athletics Club entry, please reply below by 16:00hrs Friday 25 November 2016. If more than two members apply, the Road Running Secretary will hold a simple ballot (I have no personal interest in a place in 2017 and will be impartial in the event of a draw being necessary – MH). An announcement will be made here on the evening of Fri 25 Nov 2016 as to who has secured the place(s). We can only accept requests to enter from Club Secretaries.
Race packs will need to be collected by the runner or a friend / member of family from the Brighton Marathon Exhibition held on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th April. For any queries please email runningclubs@brightonmarathon.co.uk
