Whilst we have a few athletes out enjoying the sunshine in Australia, we have 32 running tomorrow (Sun 30 Oct) in the Fenland 10 (EMAC Road Championship Race). Good luck to all. The process to select the England team for the XC being held on Sat 12 November 2016 at Glasgow was undertaken last Saturday (1 Oct). There were eighteen EMAC members who threw their hat into the ring and whilst I don’t know the names, I am aware that there are two EMAC members that were selected and eight who have made it to the reserves list. EMAC is once again using the Eastern Athletic Association Championships as the event to host the EMAC Cross Country Championships on Sat 19 Nov 2016. This year EAA are holding the event at Keysoe in Bedfordshire and members are encouraged to enter very soon. It is recognised that this date clashes with the BMAF Cross Country Relays at Long Eaton, but we have been unable to find a suitable alternative host. Details and entry form below.
