Eastern Masters Membership runs from 1 April through to 31 March. Our membership fees are modest, and your committee have recommended that they remain as low as possible for the coming year.
If you are a first claim member of a local club and join us as a second claim member the fee will remain at £10. If you want Eastern Masters to register you with England Athletics – first claim EMAC then there will be a small increase to £31 reflecting the increase in the fee we pay to England Athletics.
BMAF Opentrack will open for membership renewals on 1st March 2025.
We think this offers excellent value for money given that the new England Athletics direct registration scheme would cost you £30 and cover just individual road races.
Registering through a club gives you Track & Field, Cross Country, Trail Running and Road Running and includes all the league, championships and relay competitions as well.
As a member of Eastern Masters AC, you are also registered with the BMAF and have access to all their championships usually with preferential entry terms and lower entry fees.
How do we use your money?
EMAC pay fees to BMAF and EMAA (per capita) and after finance fees we are left with a little under £4 per member (second or first claim) to fund our admin. and competition costs.
Reminder
Our AGM will be held on Friday 11th April at 7pm – I will circulate more information in early March.
We are still looking for volunteers to help run the club. We do need someone to take over our communications and web role.
