We usually do pretty well in this but would like to stop Midlands Masters winning every Inter Area competition!
Usual format- V35/V50/V60/V70 age groups
Full range of Indoor events for V35 & V50
V60 and V70 events will depend on the number of teams entering – more teams=fewer events- but will almost certainly have core events in these age groups- 60m/200m/LJ/HJ/SP/Relay
This is the weekend after the BMAF Indoor Champs at Sheffield which will be used for selection if necessary and the day after the National Cross Country Champs in Leeds- so hope some of the MD competitors can make it back in time.
