EMAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) Announcement

The EMAC AGM will be held via Zoom on Saturday, 27 February 2021 at 6 p.m. Please send nominations for the officers and management committee roles, proposals or any agenda items via my email and they will be accepted until Saturday 30 January 2021. You can nominate yourself or someone else who you would think would like to be on the committee. If you’d like to see a copy of what the committee members do, I can send you a draft copy the committee has been working on. Also, you must be a paid up member to attend the AGM. Any questions message me or email me at emacsecretary@yahoo.com. Please also R.S.V.P via email if you will be able to attend or not. We need to know how many people will be attending. The agenda will be sent to all attendees on Saturday 13 February 2021. Thank you all for your patience during these trying times!! Hope you are all well and stay safe. The zoom link will be sent out to all attendees the week of the AGM.
