EMAC is once again using the Eastern Athletic Association Championships as the event to host the EMAC Cross Country Championships on Sat 19 Nov 2016. This year EAA are holding the event at Keysoe in Bedfordshire and members are encouraged to enter very soon. It is recognised that this date clashes with the BMAF Cross Country Relays at Long Eaton, but we have been unable to find a suitable alternative host.
