Men Corby AC, Nene Valley Harriers, Marshall Milton Keynes AC, Bedford & County AC, Southend AC and Chelmsford AC/Springfield with Cambridge & Coleridge AC & Thurrock Harriers as the two remaining highest scoring clubs that qualify.
Women Ryston Runners AC, Hunts AC, Fairlands Valley Spartans, Marshall Milton Keynes AC, Loughton AC and Chelmsford AC/Springfield with Cambridge & Coleridge AC & Southend AC as the two remaining highest scoring clubs that qualify.
