New Event – Masters 10k International Road Race Cardiff Sunday 11 Sept 2016

This Masters 10k International Road Race being held at Cardiff on 11 Sept 2016 is a trial new event being promoted by Welsh Athletics to bring international masters road running to the UK Home Countries and Ireland, similar to the British & Irish International Cross Country described on the Cross Country pages.

Entry will be by selection to your home country and British Masters Area Club/Association through the existing selection lines for the Cross Country ie – get your entry to me (Maurice Hemingway email sec@evac.org.uk) asap with Name, DoB, Sex, and very recent 5k and/or 10k times – and I will get them in to the selection pot.

Representation will be in the 10-year are groupings 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, and 65+, men and Women. In each age group there will be four athletes to run with three to score.
