Your committee picked this date and time for the AGM t our last committee meeting.
The meeting will be held on Zoom to allow more members to attend.
The Agenda will be published later this month.
It will include:
- Accepting the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025
- Confirming the membership fees for the y/e 31/12/2027
- Electing the club committee for the year.
If you have any items for the AGM agenda please end them to the club secretary.
There will be committee vacancies this year. I am waiting to hear who from the current committee will stand next year but these positions will be vacant:
- Chair person (vacant at present)
- Road Race Secretary
- Cross Country Secretary
- IT/Web Lead
If you want more information about committee work please contact the current committee. We are a friendly bunch and welcoming.
We would like to see a committee that includes a good range of age groups and both men and women.
