British & Irish Masters Cross Country International

England Athletics Masters Association invite all runners who qualify to run for England to apply for selection for the above event which will be held in Londonderry, Northern Ireland on Saturday 18 November 2017. EMAC T&F League 2017

Remember that on the 3 May 2017 it will be the first match in the EMAC T&F League 2017 at St Ives, Bedford or Thurrock depending upon which Division your  club is in.   This year the league is sponsored by Athlete in Mind. BMAF 10k Open Road Race Championships 2017

The BMAF 10k Road Race Championships were held at Gravesend Cyclopark Sun 9 April and played host to the 10k race in the EMAC 2017 Road Race Series.  A gloriously sunny day which was great for sun bathing whilst waiting for the start or the results to be announced but a tad warm for many of the competitors. 2017 Indoor Inter-Area T&F Challenge Results

The results for the Indoor Inter-Area T&F Challenge held at Lee Valley Athletics Centre on Sunday 26 Feb 2017 have been published and are available below.  The EAMA team  send their apologies for the delay but there have been some queries to resolve.  These results are now winging their way to Po10. Some great EMAC results and well done to all.  Men were 3rd and Women 2nd giving a combined result of 3nd overall.

EMAC AGM 2017 Minutes

The EMAC AGM was held on Sun 12 Feb 2017 after the T&F Championships at Lee Valley.  This was a slightly more successful meeting that the ones in 2015 & 2016 in that from the 650+ members, we did just manage to hold a quorate meeting. The minutes of the meeting have been drafted and published (available in the Document Library).  Everything you need to know is there and I’ll bring the rest of the website up to date on Monday 20 Feb.

BMAF Open Cross Country Championships 2017

The BMAF Open Cross Country Championship for 2017 will be held on Saturday 18 March 2017 at Wavertree Playground, Wellington Road, Liverpool. The first race is for all women and M65+, is over a 6k course and starts at 12:00hrs.  The second race is for M35 – 64, is over an 8k course and starts at 13:00hrs. More details and race entries taken online via the BMAF OpenTrack system   Please note there is no EOD.  Entries to be completed by Sun 5 March 2017.
