Wolverton 5 – EMAC Road Championship Race

England Masters Cross Country Team for British & Irish 2016 Event

EMAC Cross Country Championship 2016

EMAC is once again using the Eastern Athletic Association Championships as the event to host the EMAC Cross Country Championships on Sat 19 Nov 2016.  This year EAA are holding the event at Keysoe in Bedfordshire and members are encouraged to enter very soon.  It is recognised that this date clashes with the BMAF Cross Country Relays at Long Eaton, but we have been unable to find a suitable alternative host. England Masters Cross Country Selection for British & Irish 2016 Event

Two EMAC members at World Masters Mountain Championships 2016

Two EMAC members from Marshall Milton Keynes AC competed in the annual World Masters Mountain Running Championships held in the North-Western Italian town of Susa, not far from the mountainous Italian/French border, 50km west of Turin.  Ursula Ghaleb was contesting her third whilst Brian Graves, a veteran of these events, taking part in his 18th.
